General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all contractual relationships between Weblio SAS (hereinafter referred to as "we") and its clients (hereinafter referred to as "you") regarding the services and products provided on the GameGulf platform, a service for comparing video game prices, disseminating game-related information, as well as selling game point cards and digital games.

- Video game price comparison.
- Video game information and news.
- Sale of game point cards.
- Digital video game purchases.
3. Pricing
- Access to the platform is based on a subscription system with three different tiers. Each subscription tier has a distinct price, specified at the time of registration.
- The prices of game point cards and digital games may vary based on the official prices set by game publishers.
4. Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit card through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Payment is due immediately upon validation of your order or subscription.
5. Delivery
All digital products (game point cards, video games) will be delivered via email to the address provided during registration. Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have a 14-day period to request a refund for a subscription or digital product under the following conditions:
- Subscription: A refund request may be submitted within 14 days from the subscription date; administrative fees may apply.
- Product key: A refund is possible within 14 days if and only if:
- The key has not been revealed.
- The key is defective (invalid or already used).
Refund fees will be specified via email. If the key has been revealed, no refund will be possible.
7. Warranty and Liability
We guarantee the quality of our services and digital products under the conditions outlined above. However, we cannot be held liable for technical errors related to product keys once they have been accessed.
8. Personal Data
We only collect email addresses and IP addresses as part of the use of our platform. This data is used solely for product delivery and subscription management purposes.
9. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of Toulon, France.
